Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Premip collects, including Google and GitHub account data, how we use it, how we store it, and who we share it with. It covers premip.com and the Premip proxy service.
Who we are
Premip provides dedicated and shared mobile proxy access on real carrier networks, plus a dashboard to manage endpoints, usage, and billing. The public application home page is premip.com.
Privacy questions: [email protected], or the contact form at premip.com/legal/contact.
Information we collect
Account information. If you sign up with email, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We keep plan, invoice, and transaction records. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Service data. We record bandwidth used through your proxies, connection timestamps, and IP rotation events so we can operate, meter, and secure the service.
Support communications. We keep messages you send by email or the contact form, and our replies.
Site data. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Details are in the cookie policy at premip.com/legal/cookies.
Google account data
You can create a Premip account and sign in with Google. When you choose Continue with Google, Premip accesses only the basic Google account details needed to identify you: your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
We use that Google user data only to create your Premip account, authenticate you on later visits, show your name in the dashboard, and send service email to that address. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any other Google product data.
We store the Google email address, name, profile picture URL, and Google account identifier with your Premip account on our servers while the account is open. We do not use Google user data to train models or build advertising profiles.
We do not sell Google user data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with infrastructure providers that host Premip and process it on our instructions to run your account, or when the law requires disclosure.
Premip’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Humans at Premip do not read Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is required for security or abuse prevention, or the law requires it.
GitHub account data
You can create a Premip account and sign in with GitHub. When you choose Continue with GitHub, Premip accesses only the basic GitHub account details needed to identify you: your verified email address, name, profile picture, and GitHub account identifier.
We use that GitHub user data only to create your Premip account, authenticate you on later visits, show your name in the dashboard, and send service email to that address. We do not request access to repositories, organizations, gists, or any other GitHub data.
We store the GitHub email address, name, profile picture URL, and GitHub account identifier with your Premip account on our servers while the account is open. We do not use GitHub user data to train models or build advertising profiles.
We do not sell GitHub user data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with infrastructure providers that host Premip and process it on our instructions to run your account, or when the law requires disclosure.
How we use your information
To provide and maintain the proxy service, including authentication and usage metering.
To process payments and send billing-related communications.
To respond to support requests and keep the service reliable.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of the Terms of Service at premip.com/legal/terms.
Data retention
We keep account and billing records while your account is active, and afterward for as long as tax, accounting, or legal obligations require.
Proxy usage logs are retained for 12 months for billing and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated so they no longer identify you.
Google or GitHub account data linked to your Premip account is removed within 30 days after you close the account, except billing records we must keep that do not include the Google or GitHub profile.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, including Google and GitHub account data we store, by emailing [email protected].
You may close your account from the dashboard or by contacting support. You can also revoke Premip’s access from your Google Account permissions or from GitHub’s authorized applications. Revoking access stops future sign-in with that provider. It does not by itself delete the Premip account or the data already stored with it.
Changes
When our data practices change, we update this policy and the date above. The current version is always published at premip.com/legal/privacy.
