Terms of Service

Premip provides dedicated and shared mobile proxy access on real 4G, 5G, and LTE carrier networks, including HTTP, SOCKS5, and VPN connectivity, for legitimate uses such as testing, research, ad verification, and similar workflows.

After you subscribe, you receive proxy endpoints and credentials so you can route traffic through the IP type and location on your plan. The dashboard shows usage, lets you rotate an IP when your plan allows it, and manages billing.

You may register with an email address and password, with Google, or with GitHub. If you use Google or GitHub, you authorize Premip to receive that account’s email address, name, profile picture, and account identifier only to create and sign in to your Premip account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials private. Account information must be accurate, and you must be able to receive email at the address on the account.

You may not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access, spam, phishing, malware, or attacks on third-party systems.

You may not share proxy credentials except with people authorized to act for your own organization.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, generates abusive traffic, or creates risk for Premip, our carriers, or other customers.

Prices, included traffic, and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page at premip.com/pricing and again at checkout before you pay. You authorize Premip and its payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the plan you select.

Unused data does not roll over unless the plan you buy says that it does.

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not alter charges for a billing period that has already started.

We target 99.9% network uptime for the proxy service. That figure is an operating target, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, carrier outages, upstream network failures, and events outside our control can interrupt access. We restore service as soon as we reasonably can.

Premip is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The current version is published at premip.com/legal/terms with a revised date. Continuing to use Premip after an update means you accept the revised terms.
